Boys Golf Team Champions - Moanalua
Shawn Lu of the Moanalua high school team thanks his teammates, coaches, and sponsors for enabling him to finish as the top individualist, Thursday at the David S. Ishii Foundation HHSAA state boys golf championship at Wailua Golf Course. Lu finished the final round with a one-under 71 en route to a two day 143 (72-72), four strokes ahead of a three-way tie for second.

Moanalua boys golf team who came from behind and win the David S. Ishii Foundation HHSAA state boys golf championships, Thursday at the Wailua Golf Course. The Moanalua team finished with a two-day 594, six strokes ahead of Punahou who finished with a team total 600.
